Returns and refunds
Eligible unworn pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery through a clear, trackable process.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags. Hygiene-sensitive, personalised, and final-sale exclusions must be clearly marked before checkout.
Start a return
Sign in to the customer account, open the relevant order, and follow its return instructions. Customer care can help when self-serve returns are not enabled.
Open your accountRefunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take additional business days to post the credit.
Exchanges
Size or colour exchanges depend on live inventory. A requested replacement is not reserved until the return workflow confirms it.
